Effective June 1, 2007, DAK Americas will increase polyester staple fiber prices by $0.04 per pound.

GoldToeMoretz Signs Reggie Bush
Running Back Will Be Spokesperson for Gold Toe Dress Socks

NEWTON, NC – Feb. 14, 2007—GoldToeMoretz, one of the largest global sock companies, has signed New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush as a spokesperson for the company’s Gold Toe brand men’s dress
sock collection. John Moretz, CEO, GoldToeMoretz made the announcement.
Mr. Bush, the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner, will be featured in Gold Toe advertising and marketing initiatives, including national print ads and appearances on behalf of the Gold Toe dress sock line.
Additionally, Gold Toe will work closely with Mr. Bush to help support his charitable work rebuilding New Orleans and assisting the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
“Reggie Bush is a star on the field and has great personal style and character off the field,” said Mr. Moretz. “Whenever it’s time for a men’s dress sock, our Gold Toe customers look for the same distinctive excellence that Reggie commands for his goal-oriented feet.”
The announcement is the first from GoldToeMoretz since the companies Moretz, Inc and Gold Toe Brands, Inc. merged to create the new organization in October 2006. Gold Toe is the market leader in department store sock sales and offers collections for men, women, and children.

Fox River hires Creative Director
OSAGE, Iowa (January 17, 2007)—Xany Gibson has joined industry-leading hosiery and handwear manufacturer Fox River as creative director.
Gibson previously was part of the product development team at Mountain High Hosiery in Sand Diego, CA, creating lines for a variety of casual and athletic programs including Tommy Hilfiger and The Walking Co. She received her undergraduate degree in industrial design engineering and her MBA from Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica in Costa Rica.
“Xany will bring a new creative zest to our sock designs,” says Joel Anderson, Fox River Divisional President. “She has a lot of experience and we’re looking forward to a great consumer response to our new styles.”

Wigwam Welcomes Margaret Chesebro
Margaret graduated from the University of Villanova with a Bachelors Degree in Business in 2000, having majored in Marketing. After graduation she joined a Minneapolis headquartered sporting goods chain as Marketing Assistant where she handled a variety of tasks that included but were not limited to billboard and print advertising management, implementing an e-mail marketing program to support 60 retail locations, executing special projects and performing various research projects for senior management and providing the marketing manager and the design team with support to fulfill all aspects of promotions.
In 2003 Margaret joined the Fingerhut Corporation as an e-commerce analyst where she cut her teeth as a digital marketing specialist and launched their e-mail marketing program. She has since been involved in many facets of this operation.
